The Friends of Ty Mawr is a voluntary organisation, set up to promote and support the aims and work of Ty Mawr Country Park. We work with the Rangers and staff to involve the community in raising funds, organising events, carrying out practical conservation tasks, and having fun! Members are involved through Facebook, emails, letters, meetings and events – and any other way they may suggest. They do any or all of the following… make cakes, mend fences, look after the animals, run stalls, plant seeds, help with children’s activities, dress up for Hallowe'en, pick up litter, etc.
